Chateau Marteret adopts all suitable measures in order to protect your details: it has adopted all the suitable security measures to protect the security and the integrity of your data during their processing; Chateau Marteret has written a Programmatic Document on Security (DPS), in compliance with the Italian normative on privacy, (Legislative Decree 196/2003). In which it is attested that Marte srl uses a protected server, files with security locks, the rule of computer authorization, and is also equipped with access control systems in the rooms where the processing of personal information takes place.
12) Policy for the protection of children and adolescents under the age of 14
Chateau Marteret, conscious of the perils that can be hidden in the world of the web, follows with careful attention the development of new laws for the protection of adolescents and children. Chateau Martert does not collect personal information from children under the age of 14. Chateau Marteret encourages parents to surf the web with their children, in order to educate them in the minimum security measures which they should use when in Internet.
